SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $8.

Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx or another available carrier. The carrier and shipping service used for each order may vary depending on the destination, package size and available delivery options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@lulilabs.shop and we will do our best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@lulilabs.shop so we can evaluate the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
